Talent how do you define it? How does an employer? Are the definitions the same? Does it matter?



Turns out talent is important – in fact more than important – critical. And the definition of what constitutes talent? The one that matters if you’re a job hunter, is the one the employer uses. When you’re networking ASK “what type of people get hired here?”. The answers are often not what you would expect and quite revealing.
