What is the Guerrilla Job Search affiliate program, in a nutshell?

You earn 65% commissions (currently $18.85 per sale) of our Guerrilla Job Search System DVD.

If anyone you refer comes back to buy additional products, you earn additional passive income on those sales (details below). We market to your leads via email and postcard, to maximize profits. Sales are to U.S. and Canadian buyers only.

What’s in the Guerrilla Job Search System DVD?

Our main product is the Guerrilla Job Search System DVD. You get paid 65% commissions on the $29 price of the DVD, which amounts to $18.85 per sale.

Do I have to buy anything?

No!

Do I have to stock anything?

No, all shipments are sent Priority Mail from our facility in Illinois. Most arrive in 2 business days.

How are commissions structured?

There are two levels: First, you get paid commissions for sales of our products that you make; second, you get paid 10% override commissions for sales made by affiliates who sign up under you.

That means you can earn passive income by building an affiliate team! We ask only that you make one affiliate sale yourself before recruiting others (just ask us how!)

Are there other products for sale that I can promote?

Yes, and we take care of that for you! All you do is promote the DVD, which is priced very low for an entry-level product.

The second product after the DVD is our Free Audio CD, which pays $1.50 commissions to anyone who pays the $4.95 shipping. It’s available from most of our sales pages and is tied into a multi-step email sequence. People visit the DVD sales letter, opt in to get the Free CD, and are tracked indefinitely as your lead.

Third, our Guerrilla Job Search Home Study Course pays $25 per sale if your referred leads later purchase it.

Fourth, our 10-week Guerrilla Job Search Bootcamp pays $100 per sale if your referred leads later purchase it. It’s normally held 3 times per year.

Again, we do all the marketing for these other products, so you can focus on your business. When your customers and prospects order one of our products or request our Free Audio CD, they get promotional emails and postcards from our system for 90+ days afterwards. And they can opt out any time, so no need to worry about spam!

How are affiliate commissions paid out?

On the first Monday of each month, commissions are calculated and sent to affiliates via PayPal.

Are there any money-back guarantees for the product?

Yes. We offer a full year to examine the DVD and provide a full refund if the client is not happy at any time within a year of purchasing the DVD. Note: Refunds are very low on a product priced less than $50 AND on a guarantee longer than 90 days.

If there is a refund, do I have to get involved?

No. Our staff takes care of all refunds. Your commissions are reduced, of course, for the amount of any refunds.

How can I become an affiliate?

After you have looked over the DVD sales page, if you would like to become an affiliate, CLICK HERE TO APPLY.

What happens after that?

After you fill out the signup form, your application is reviewed. If approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming you as an affiliate and giving you instructions on how to promote the product.

Your Welcome email will include a link where you can log into our Affiliate Marketing Center page, as shown in the screen shot below.

On that page (below) you can track all your clicks, sales, and other statistics by clicking on the tabs.

How can the affiliate be guaranteed that when a buyer clicks on their URL, that they will get credit for the sale?

As long as the buyer has not cleared the cookies on their Web browser after clicking on the affiliate link, the sale will be tracked for an unlimited number of days — i.e., forever — to the affiliate who first referred them.

If the cookies are cleared on the computer, the item will not be tracked. Our system is very thorough, but no affiliate tracking system is perfect.

How do I market the Guerrilla Job Search System DVD?

After being accepted as an affiliate, you will get access to advertising copy to use in selling the product. Kevin Donlin, the affiliate manager, has been selling online for 15+ years — he sold the first job-search ebook in 1994, on Usenet, before there was a Web. Kevin is happy to provide customized advertising materials for affiliates who have made at least 1 sale. He will NOT teach you how to write a blog posting or create a hyperlink — please ask your techie for that assistance.

Most affiliates do a mix of things: send emails to candidates in their database, linking from their blogs, advertising in their email newsletters and on their website, etc.

SPAM, however, is strictly prohibited, and will result in termination from the program without notice and without compensation. The last affiliate who accidentally sent a promotional email to a list of people who didn’t give him permission is now a FORMER affiliate. No joking.

How can I make an affiliate link look less commercial and more inviting?

If you promote the DVD system in emails to prospects or clients, we suggest you use a TinyURL instead of the “kickstart” URL. That’s because most people are suspicious of long affiliate links — they think they are being sold something.

While everybody loves to buy, nobody likes to be sold. (You, too?) Using a Tinyurl in your promotions is an easy way to avoid appearing “salesy.” Here’s how to create one for your affiliate link:

1. Copy your affiliate link from the Welcome email or the Affiliate Support Center web page
2. Go to www.tinyurl.com and paste it into the box, where directed
3. Follow the instructions on that web page to get a Tiny URL, which should look like this: http://tinyurl.com/abd123
4. Use that tiny url in your emails when directing readers to the Guerrilla Job Search System DVD.

How much money can I earn?

We make no promises on earning potential, other than to say it is unlimited. You may earn $0 … $132,000 … or anything in between. It all depends on how much effort you put into marketing the DVD system.
