How to get employers to read your resume and call you for an interview

Did you know that your first impression with an employer is not the
first 5 minutes of your interview its the first 3 seconds when they  look at your resume.
Does yours include a statement  thats so powerful it transforms their initial scan into a lengthy read and a direct call to you?
